To format your ebook correctly, you must include:
- THE TITLE PAGE
Within your eBook you have to insert an introductory part. This is a sort of title page, which includes the main information related to its content, which are:
Author,
Title,
Subtitle (if any),
Translator (in case of translated book).
- THE COPYRIGHT PAGE
The next step is to insert a Copyright page, for example:
© John Lee 2022
All rights reserved.
- THE INDEX
Then there will be the index, (you must also create the internal index of the ebook), the division of the files into chapters will help you to do it (if you don’t know how to do it, read this article). I want to remind you that in epub files it is NOT absolutely necessary to enter page numbers.
